What you will be doing:
- Contribute towards partner and client lead pipeline generation, looking for new leads and business opportunities.
- Reach out, build and maintain long-term, trustful and fruitful relationships with future and current partners and clients, while delivering sales/upselling processes from start to finish.
- Support effective customer onboarding process, facilitating the communication between the client and the onboarding team.
- Represent the company in various events and conferences.
What you will need to be successful:
- Degree in Economics, Finance or Management
- Min 2 years of experience in Sales, KA management or Customer Success role in a Fintech or a fast growth startup.
- Strong advantage if you have payments or acquiring knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-term relationships. Good networking skills.
- Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
- Proactive, can-do attitude and a results oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
